Tristan, I know you're unlikely to see this in Newcastle, but Tony, Jennifer - when you go to see Frank Armitage tomorrow, remember this version of events. I imagine it's going to be difficult to pursue a line of questioning which tries to establish the truth of what happened; write-ups like these aren't helpful because they force our hand and close off some lines of enquiry.
